Bookee - Closed
Towards the end of 2019 the platform and license holder for the Bookee App, EveryMatrix, had their UK gambling license suspended for responsible gambling failures. This meant Bookee accounts were suspended with immediate effect.
Two weeks later EveryMatrix then decided to cease all activity in the UK white-label market, meaning the Bookee operation has now closed permanently as of the 16th November 2019.
If you have funds you can withdraw them from the account until 16/11/19 after which you can get any money in your account by contacting support directly. If you have ante-post bets active they will be allowed to settle, but new bets can no longer be placed.

The age of online betting has opened up betting markets like never before. A negative side of this however is betting sites and apps have now become too complicated for their own good, with convoluted interfaces that makes finding and placing your bets a chore at times.
Bookee is a revolutionary, fully UK licenced, new betting app for mobile phones (iOS & Android) and tablet computers. The complete focus of the technology is to bring your favourite bets and markets to you instantly with intuitive panels and rapid swiping between markets. I think this is going to change the way many typical punters bet.
Bookee is only available through iOS and Android powered mobile devices. If you are visiting this page on your desktop machine it is recommanded you use your mobile or tablet to visit Bookee in order to download the app and claim our exclusive sign up offer.
How to use Bookee
The simplicity of Bookee is its greatest asset, even the biggest technophobes could work out the how to use the app and place bets within minutes.
All major sports and markets are contained within in easy to read and easy to see panels. There are panels for featured and popular bets (such as Acca’s, next races, matches, major events., etc), panels football, racing and all other sports.
Once you’ve found your sport, let’s say football, then all the major markets and bet types are laid out in further easy to access panels. Once you’ve selected the event (e.g. Man United v Arsenal), coupon type (e.g today’s football) or bet type (e.g. both teams to score), you will then be shown the markets within that panel.
Swiping left allows you to move on to the next bet while swiping right will add that bet to your bet slip. Click on ‘see full market’ to see a conventional panel of odds. You can see why Bookee has been given the name ‘ the Tinder of betting apps’.
In play betting is fully available and it is here where the true beauty of Bookee shines through. The sliding panes are perfect for live betting, especially when time is critical and you need to find you bet and put it on quickly.
The basic but yet clear and honest graphics from Bookee means the app runs exceptionally quickly too. Even on slow mobile internet connections the app is seamless, which is useful if you are trying to get a bet on when in a football stadium or crowded place when networks are overloaded. The lack of any casino or games to get in the way also adds to the overall experience.
Being honest I have never used a bookmaker app, or website for that matter, that allows you to move between bets so quickly. This is the perfect solution for the typical punter who just want a quick way of placing bets on the move without having to wade through tons of features and promotions. This may not be for everyone but it is good fun and worth a try at least.
About Bookee
Bookee is a new innovation from the FSB Tech group under which they hold their UK gambling licence. These are the same guys that run 21Bet, they are based in London in the UK, and was set up by previous employees from big UK bookmakers.
Most betting sites copy each others features and over the last decade this has led to a runaway effect where all online bookmaker websites and mobile applications now look and feel the same. They have become far too big and complicated for what most bettors want from a bookmaker and when combined with other products, such as casino, it is far too much for what most punters want.
The ethos of the group behind Bookee is to create new innovative ways of betting that puts the customer experience at the heart. You certainly can’t argue that Bookee isn’t unique and different and I think this new way of betting is likely to catch on.
Some people have knocked the app for making betting too simplistic, but for me Bookee is by far the quickest means to bet on sports that I’ve seen. In comparison to most standard betting apps, and for normal bet types, it is at least twice as quick.
Bookee doesn’t necessarily need to be a replacement bookmaker, instead I would look at it as another option to enhance your sports betting experience, especially on the move.
