Paddy’s Millionaire Chase is a new promotion from Paddy Power to coincide with the jump racing season getting into full swing. The offer is a good fit for anyone that enjoys betting on Saturday National Hunt meetings and is open to UK and Ireland online customers.
First of all you need to opt-in to this promotion. There are six qualifying races between the 14th November and 19th December each week on Saturday’s (see further down for actual races). Any opted-in customer that backs a winner in a race (after final declarations) with a £5 or more stake will then be entered into the prize draw for that week, the winner is then assigned a horse by Paddy Power in the Millionaire Chase sweepstake at Cheltenham on 1 January 2021.
You can bet on all six races or just one, all qualifying winning bets will be entered into the draw, which will be overseen by an independent 3rd party. If for some reason a qualifying race is canceled Paddy may substitute in another race, but are not required to do so. Applies to win singles and the win part of each-way singles placed pre-race only.
The qualifying races are as follows:
- Qualifying race 1: Nov 14: Cheltenham 3.25pm
- Qualifying race 2: Nov 21: Ascot 3.20pm
- Qualifying race 3: Nov 28 Newbury 3.00pm
- Qualifying race 4: Dec 5: Sandown 3.35pm
- Qualifying race 5: Dec 12: Cheltenham 3.05pm
- Qualifying race 6: Dec 19: Ascot 3.35pm
The final winner of the Millionaire sweepstake will win €/£1,000,000 in cash. The winners of each weekly draw that did not win the Million prize will receive €/£10,000 each.
While the chances of winning may not be huge if you bet on Saturday jump meetings normally then using this promotion could mean you end up with the chance to win £1,000,000. If you do not have a Paddy Power account then you may also be eligable to claim their introductory offer too, which you can read about in our Paddy Power review.
