BoyleSports – Acca Rewards: Boost or Insurance if One Leg Loses
There is a decent acca promotion running at BoyleSports which offers a choice to the punter.
Bettors that place any 3+ leg acca (5+ legs for Insure) with individual odds of at least 1.2 (1/5) per selection at a minimum stake of 5 pence, can then go to their betslip and choose either an acca Boost or acca Insure.
Opting for the Boost will add an additional percentage on top of any winnings if they are successful, whereas the Insure option will return your stake as a free bet if your acca loses by a single leg.
The terms and conditions are fairly dense here, but easy enough to understand once you have read through them.
Sticking to the acca Boost first of all, the boosted payout increases the more legs the acca has:
- 3-fold – 3%
- 4-fold – 5%
- 5-fold – 10%
- 6-fold – 20%
- 7-fold – 30%
- 8-fold – 40%
- 9-fold – 50%
- 10-fold – 60%
- 11-fold – 70%
- 12-fold – 80%
- 13-fold – 90%
- 14-fold – 100%
There is a maximum payout of £1,000 though regardless of the odds, so don’t get carried away. If you use the offer, you should try to balance your stake and the number of legs in the acca to give yourself the best chance.
When it comes to the acca Insure, you will need at least 5 selections on your acca to qualify and your acca needs to lose by no more than one leg to trigger the offer. So getting 4 legs right on a 6-leg acca will not trigger the return of your stake, but getting 5 legs right of a 6-leg acca will.
The maximum stake returned as a free bet will be £20. So even if you bet £50 and qualify for the offer, only £20 of that would be credited to your account as a free bet.
Some more general terms and conditions that apply are as follows:

- Both offers cannot be applied to the same acca
- Offer cannot be stacked, so you can’t create two identical accas and use the promotion on both
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, price boost, best odds guaranteed, or free bets
- Cashed out or voided bets do not qualify
- Cash out value calculated based on original prices, not boosted prices
- Where each way bets are concerned, the Boost will only be applied to the win part of the bet, not the place part
One other thing to be aware of is that voided legs are removed and do not count towards the promotion. So a 5-leg horse racing acca that has one race cancelled will become a 4-leg acca and thus will no longer qualify for the acca Insure promotion, for example. If you had chosen the acca Boost for the same bet, the boosted payout would drop from 10% to 5% to reflect the change.
