BetVictor Pick 6: Free Football Prediction Game Guaranteed £1,000 Prize
Historically BetVictor have lead the way when it comes to free prediction games, their Golden Goal promotion a few years back was one of the most popular around, for example. The concept is simple and will be familiar to many punters who play other free football games at other sites. The idea is to correctly pick 6 outcomes with two or three options for each question in relation to a round of football matches, usually weekend Premier League games. The questions vary but will be things like ‘will both teams score in a given match’, ‘will there be over / under 2.5 goals’ ‘match result – win/draw/win’, ‘who will score first’, etc.
Get six out of six right and you could win £1,000 cash, if multiple people all guess 6 correct answers then there is also a tiebreaker that you need to answer after making your six picks. This is usually the minute of the first goal in a selected match. The person with closest tie breaker answer would then win the £1,000. All is not lost though as those that get 6 correct but don’t win the £1k will get a £20 free bet for their trouble (7 day expiry). Prizes are credited with 24 hours of the final results.
If a match is postponed then the game will still take place and those with 5/5 correct and the closest tie-breaker will win, although there are no £20 free bets to the others who guess 5/5 in that instance. If 2 or more matches are postponed then the game round is void.
There is also an overall leader board. The points awarded for each correct outcome are based on the odds of that scenario happening, e.g. if Man City are playing Burnley and you guess City and they win you would get less points than if you predicted Burnley and they won because the odds on Burnley are so much higher.
To play Pick 6 you also need to choose a username so you can be tracked on the leaderboard against other players. Once you have made your picks you will see the potential points you can win based on your predictions and you can also see the total number of entries to see how many people you are competing against.
You do not need to bet or deposit to play this game, it is a free game open to all eligible existing customers. If you are playing in Euros the prize structure is the same but in Euros not Pounds.
Largely the game is not that different is structure to many other free games but this being BetVictor the whole thing is just nicer and more professional. For example, being able to see how many other people have entered the game is a nice touch as it gives you a perspective of how many others you are up against, something that others do not do.
